It was nothing strange.

Mogdogs were numerous enough to make up over 90 percent of the mog population.

Furthermore, in the early battles against the Mogdogs, the Space Marines had suffered heavy casualties.

And amidst the damage, defeats, and corpses, humanity found a way.

They created more efficient weapons against the Mogdogs, built infrastructure, and developed tactics and strategies.

They evolved.

As a result, Mogdogs were now terrifying to the Space Marines, but they had become opponents they could handle.
