Grandma’s Diary

The living room was in disarray. Huge splashes of blood stained the walls and floor, and everything inside had been knocked over. The vase was smashed, the carpet was rumpled, and the sofa had toppled over. There were even numerous marks on the walls and floor where people had struggled and clawed at them.

There was even a bloodied axe and some ropes on the floor. It was clear that something terrible had happened to the people in the house.

“Grandma...” The little girl stared blankly at the scene inside, completely stunned.

Yin Xiu stepped forward and patted the little girl on the head, then pushed open the door. After taking in the mess inside, he understood what the first part of Rule Two meant.

Clean Grandma’s house and find her diary.

That meant Grandma’s family had already been attacked by the time the note appeared. Judging by how congealed the blood was, it must have happened at least three days ago.

“What are you standing around for? Get in here and clean up!” Yin Xiu looked back at the players frozen in terror outside and urged them on.

Zhang Si resented Yin Xiu ordering him around, but he still turned back with a grim expression and told the other players to go inside. Following the rules, they began tidying the house and searching for Grandma’s diary.

Yin Xiu sat to one side, comforting the teary-eyed little girl as he pondered the situation.
