Combat Technique

Honestly... it's a bit embarrassing, but before this intense Training, I had one thing I was secretly looking forward to.

I already possess incredible power, so what would happen if I even learned “Combat Technique”? Wouldn't I advance far, like a ship with sails in a fair wind? That was my wishful thinking.

That's because I was a human who had never properly learned anything. So far, my ability to excel in countless battles had simply been forged through immense practical experience. And though I hate to admit it... I couldn't ignore the significant role my bloodline played.

In such a situation, I was about to receive training from knights, who were the embodiment of technique! Naturally, I couldn't help but feel a little excited.

Come to think of it, a Knight named Florence had once suggested I try learning Spearmanship. Now, almost a year later, it seemed I might finally fulfill that wish.

“Let's give up.”

“Huh?”

But after finishing the first sparring session with the Commanders, my expectations were utterly shattered.
