The scenery around me turned black.

I had entered the mindscape.

The moment I entered, I stopped time outside.

After confirming that my severed left arm had returned to normal, I raised my head again.

The Demon King was standing right beside me.

“You really are hard to kill. Seeing how you keep scraping together another way to survive.”

The Demon King spoke with his hands behind his back, clicking his tongue.

I changed the surrounding scenery to a bright white.

“Not yet. We have to look for a way from here.”

All I had managed to do was barely drag the boss into the mindscape...
