It was an item containing the Sector 5 Boss’s Teleportation ability.

It spreads a 100-meter radius fog for 3 minutes, and teleportation is possible.

Does that mean infinite Teleportation is possible within the fog for 3 minutes?

It seemed like a decently useful ability.

[Skill: Mirror Barrier (Epic)]

Creates a Mirror Barrier within a 3-meter radius. The barrier reflects the opponent’s attack, and Willpower is additionally consumed equal to the reflected power. Attacks with power exceeding your Willpower cannot be reflected, and the barrier will be destroyed. Requires 3 minutes of Mental Concentration to cast.
