I never imagined I'd meet Luna in a place like this.
If it had been Trisha, I would have understood immediately, but it was Luna, whom I never expected to do such a thing, so I couldn't believe it.

Luna nodded.

Luna shook her head. It seemed she really wanted to hide her face. I put my hands under Luna's armpits and lifted her up. Even after she was out of the barrel and standing upright, she stubbornly kept her face covered.
It had been a long time since I'd seen her looking so disheveled. Though it was only her slightly messy hair, a few stains on her clothes, and the faint smell of an oak barrel clinging to her, Luna had always maintained a pristine appearance, wearing fresh clothes daily even in challenging circumstances. So, her current state was certainly unfamiliar.
