I tended to think that even the people within Snow Castle, the Outer Gods, would be smarter than humans. Thanks to Super Chicken Mod, I knew that they actually knew more than humans. I mean, it was common knowledge that they were intelligent beings.
"Everyone, listen to me!!"
I looked over at the Glass-Haired Outer God, who had stood up in a huff. They'd been speaking, but apparently got so frustrated that they'd sprung from their seat. I watched, dumbfounded. I didn't expect Outer Gods to hold meetings like regular people.
My assumption that they wouldn't have meetings wasn't about doubting their intelligence, but for a different reason entirely. Outer Gods mostly kept to themselves in their own domains, with their Fragments or Lesser Outer Gods. Sure, there were some outgoing ones like Bell, but I figured that was a luxury afforded by being a Greater Outer God.
But maybe I’d misjudged the seriousness of their meetings?
"That exalted being told me to relax and roam around the cave since the human wasn't dangerous, and guess what! The moment I met a human, they shot me! Then I was stuck in a wall for three days, unable to do anything! Does that make any sense?!"
"Oh dear, that must have been rough."
"Yeah, no kidding."
Well… this wasn’t what I’d picture a typical meeting to be like. It was more like a “I had a hard time!” “Oh, that’s awful” kind of empathy session.
Wait a minute… was this Outer God the one Agartha and the Hunter had subdued? Hmm. Judging by their near-tears expression, it must have been quite the ordeal...
