“...D-Dowd! Dowd! Are you all right?!”

From beyond the edge of my fading consciousness, I heard someone calling out to me.

Then I felt hands pulling me out from beneath the rubble of the collapsed building.

Dust and chunks of broken stone pattered down around my body.

“...Elnore?”

As I was dragged out, coughing, my eyes met Elnore’s, fixed on me with worry.

Elnore’s eyes wavered as she got a clear look at me.
