The path of the sword isn’t mastered in a day.

Nobody would have to work so hard if they could improve just by swinging a sword for a few hours in a single day. Only after countless repetitions, so grueling they make your blood run, and seemingly endless, do you finally start to acquire even a little skill in swordsmanship.
