“Rewrite it! What on earth is this?!”

“I-it’s the report you asked me to write… I’d say I put quite a lot of effort into it.”

Louise submitted the report with confidence, but the man was far from impressed. Frowning, he listed her mistakes and told her what to fix. Most of his complaints concerned her choice of words.

“Why use a stiff word like ‘genitals’? From now on, write ‘cock’ and ‘pussy.’ Understand?”

“Ugh, that… You want me to use such vulgar words in a report?”

“You should use those words precisely because it’s a report. Sigh…”

The man insisted on his point as if it were only natural, but Louise couldn’t understand him. Using informal words in an official report—and claiming that was actually better—seemed utterly contradictory to her.

Still, Louise accepted what he said. She gave up on trying to understand and decided to do as he told her. He had always been right before, so she chose to trust him this time, too.
