Place what you will pay on the scale.

Something will be placed on the pan opposite what you will pay.

If items to be weighed are placed on both pans, the scale will determine the value of the two items.

If what you placed is heavier, the ‘something’ that was placed on the scale will become yours.

If what you placed is lighter than the ‘something,’ the scale will deliver the item you placed to the other party.

Below are the precautions related to using the scale.

a) Do not damage the scale.

b) Do not place living creatures on the scale.

c) The scale never asks for payment...
