There’s one major downside to staying at this inn.

We can’t use the restaurant because we have to wear masks.

When Fran and I went down to the first floor, we saw guests enjoying an elegant breakfast. Since they were staying at a hotel that cost 150,000 won a day, even their clothes looked expensive.

─Whisper, whisper.

For some reason, those well-dressed people were paying attention to us.

At first, I thought they were insulting us, like, ‘Look at those former grad students shamelessly crawling into a place like this~’ But when I listened closely, that wasn’t what they were saying.

“Are those the people we heard rumors about…?”

“I expect so. The guards are waiting for them, after all.”

“Good heavens. Could they be people sent by the royal family?”...
