Let's change the sheets later. Fran and I are scheduled to put on another fountain show together today, after all.

In the inn room, with cold air blowing in, Fran and I sat facing each other and meditated.

Fran was practicing to become aware of her mana, while I tried to measure the rune mana inside my body.

─Fwooooo…….

When I closed my eyes and focused, I could feel the foreign mana gathered inside my body.

This was the mana I used to gain ‘insight’ into runes.

Let's call it proficiency for convenience.

My current proficiency was around 70%. Once it filled up, I could learn one additional rune. It felt like each golem filled it by roughly 1–2%...
