I was standing on a beach.

In front of me was Lusca, approaching on its octopus legs as if they were human legs.

"This is the best! My food's walking right up to me!"

-This is the absolute worst!?

-So it was a sharktopus!!

-Lusca was actually a genetically modified biological weapon!?

-For all that, its head really does look like a great white shark's. Must be a second-generation one.

-If it were on land, it'd have eaten who knows how many people by now!!

Lusca strode across the ground, moving its octopus legs without hesitation. Its sharp shark teeth clicked together as it slowly approached me.

They say sharks die if they can't swim for long, but those octopus legs are sturdier than I expected. It's using them to keep moving...
