Destruction

"What!? Hunter Iina has awakened martial arts!!?"

"It isn't martial arts. It's martial aura."

The chairman of the Hunter Association, Kim Sangguk, initially could not believe the report he had received. Since the Tower was built, the source of energy used throughout the world had always been mana. Magitech, as well as the hunters' unique abilities, was all based on mana and the mana stones that contained it.

Even the other civilizations inside the Tower were no exception. The countries that had come into contact with the Hidden Stage had merely acquired their magic systems, or more efficient ways of handling mana; they had never obtained an entirely different kind of power like this.

Park Ingyu told Kim Sangguk,

"Hunter Shin Yuyu mentioned before that it was possible. However, even she didn't know about its nature and direction, and most importantly, how martial aura was acquired."

Iina's ability was to create swords and drive them into her own body, drawing out the swords' power. Since she used herself as a scabbard, her unique ability did not recognize anyone else as an ally.

A prime example was the Life-Reaping Blade, which sent slashes at everyone who approached her. That was why she had fought alone all her life and even founded a one-person guild.

"Her sword now moves with a will of its own. I heard it no longer even attacks Moon Seoyeong, who has been beside her the entire time."

"What does that mean……?"...
