Executing Theodore, the former Crown Prince, carries quite a lot of significance.

It was a grand spectacle showing the citizens of the Empire and the people of the world that the ruler of this Empire had changed.

Accordingly, the execution ceremony was being prepared with splendor beyond anything afforded to an ordinary noble.

The execution method I had decided on was hanging. I judged that the most humiliating form of execution would suit the Crown Prince who had ruined the Empire best.

And Aria's head would also be put on display alongside the Crown Prince.

The two of them had ruined the Empire together, after all. They should suffer humiliation together, too.

Then, a few days after the execution, my coronation as emperor would take place. After the coronation, I would completely overhaul the Central administration, begin various reforms, and have a truly enormous number of things to do.

Moreover, that wasn't the end of it.

Once I officially became emperor and seized absolute power, there would be plenty more matters waiting to be handled.
