I Slept for Three Days

Max found the large elevator that had taken the truck down to the Cultivation Room on B7.

Thanks to it, he was able to ride straight back up to the underground parking lot.

Using telekinesis, he searched the pockets and seats of the employees Cheong Haesang had sent flying with his sword, and even came away with three car keys.

He frantically clicked the keys as he made his way up to B2, until one of the cars responded.

He got in without hesitation and escaped the underground parking lot.

He passed the Drug Efficacy Testing Institute’s outdoor parking lot and neared the exit where the robots were stationed.

Max was wondering how to explain the wound on his chest, still oozing blood, and the gash in his forehead, but fortunately, he didn’t need to roll down the window and show his employee ID.

Just as when he’d left the underground parking lot, a robot scanned the car’s license plate, and the exit opened automatically.
