First-rate merchants lead the trends, while second-rate merchants quickly chase after them.

Third-rate merchants are the ones who, after the second-raters have made their killing and passed the burden on for a premium, end up taking on that burden and crashing.

And right now, a line of second-rate merchants is coming to the Shipbuilding Office.
