There were more people on the streets than usual,

and buildings and shops were decorated in preparation for the Cheongha Festival.

Even though the actual festival hadn't begun, the streets were already filled with excitement.

The Cheongha Festival was supposed to run from Monday to Tuesday for two days, right?

So technically, this was a period of preparation rather than the festival itself……
