He gently cupped my uterus, reddened and swollen from the burn.

A white light welled from his palm.

“Ah…!”

The throbbing pain from being scalded by boiling water vanished in an instant, and the swollen, wrinkled surface returned to a smooth, luscious scarlet.

What remained where the pain had been was a sense of fulfillment that Kaelan’s power had caressed my most precious place.
