The moment emotions entered a fight, you could no longer make sound judgments. And that could lead to a pointless defeat.

As she calmly blocked the puppets’ relentless attacks with her steel prosthetic, Zion was calculating her options.

‘I want to make Madame die in agony, but…… I can’t just abandon the puppets she’s controlling, either.’

In other words, she had to keep the puppets from using Sacrifice while also preventing Madame from escaping.
