“Miss, how are you finding life at the academy?”

The chauffeur, who had been hesitating and watching her reaction, broke the awkward silence first.

“Yes.”

“Nothing particularly difficult?”

“Yes.”

Yet with Haru's curt answers, the conversation came to an end as though it had never existed.
