With these unimaginable, extraordinary pledges, he instantly elevated himself from a mediocre mayoral candidate to El Valentine’s rival, the hope of the lower level, and the spokesperson for ordinary citizens.

It would be an impossible feat even for the mayor himself, wielding immense power after being elected, let alone a Dusk Mayor candidate.
