‘McMillan’s resourcefulness was indeed impressive.’

Right now, looking at any political channel, you can see everyone talking about McMillan’s “Three Pledges” that have completely overturned the tide of this election.

The so-called “McMillan Care” is full free medical insurance, the unconventional real estate policy, and the Opening Plan.

With these unimaginable, extraordinary pledges, he instantly elevated himself from a mediocre mayoral candidate to El Valentine’s rival, the hope of the lower level, and the spokesperson for ordinary citizens.

From beginning to end, El Valentine had the advantage, but at some point, it was D.D. McMillan who gained the backing of the public.

And all of this wasn’t something McMillan achieved alone.

No matter how resourceful a politician McMillan was, and even with outstanding executives under his command, there was bound to be a limit to what a single politician could do.

How on earth could one politician bring in two medical megacorps for a medical insurance policy, and by what means could he establish a grand urban plan like the Opening Plan using the cure for the End Pandemic Virus?

It would be an impossible feat even for the mayor himself, wielding immense power after being elected, let alone a Dusk Mayor candidate.
