Mutated Guards

Someone spewed thick vomit, and someone else hacked out strange, barking coughs. As if their secretory glands were out of control, they raised their heads while drooling saliva from their mouths.

A bizarre light flowed from the bloodshot eyes of the guards. Growling sounds that resembled beasts rather than humans burst forth.

The other guards who were Outside the area of effect of the Suspicious smoke noticed the anomaly and distanced themselves from those who had been their colleagues.
