"Your expression doesn't look good. Why so hostile?"
Jaaldi said as much.
He'd ripped out my brain, so of course I was hostile. Handing out the patient handbook was commendable, but that wouldn't wash away my grudge. They were my mortal enemies.
But for now, I needed to learn more about the organization called the Administration Bureau through conversation. This was an opportunity.
An opportunity to get even a little closer to their true nature without any major side effects.
"What does the Administration Bureau do?"
"You can think of it as an organization that responds to situations like this. It doesn't matter now that everything's already gone to hell."
"Is it a government agency?"
"You're quite curious. Are you blaming us for failing to resolve it? Sorry, but we don't have time. Let's stop the questions here."...
