If it was the corpse of an A-rank magical beast, especially a sub-boss specimen, there were plenty of profitable parts besides the magic stone.

Skin, flesh, blood, organs, and so on. Since every part was classified as high-grade material, none of it could be discarded.

That was why so many people naturally disliked undead-type magical beasts. It was only natural when, after going through all the trouble of hunting one, the only thing worth selling was its magic stone.

Skeleton bones and a ghoul's rotten flesh did have some demand, but they were practically worthless compared to other magical beasts.

Anyway, until now, even when I hunted magical beasts, I had only taken their magic stones and never collected any byproducts separately. It was a waste of time, and it was bothersome.

As I said earlier, once a magical beast reached the level of a sub-boss specimen, there was nothing to throw away. Just as a cow was an all-purpose livestock animal that could be sold down to its marrow, the same was true of a minotaur.

Starting with the massive horns on its head, its hide, blood, and flesh were valuable, and even its testicles sold for a high price.

Some, like orc testicles, were prized for virility, but minotaur testicles were also effective against hair loss, so once they were put up for auction, they could fetch practically any price...
