I went to see the Queen with Vincent, who was on edge. This time, we took a different route, one that apparently led straight to the Queen's reception room aboveground.

Though the layout wasn't complicated, the underground space was so vast I couldn't see where it ended. Judging by its scale and craftsmanship, it definitely hadn't been built in just a few years.

While we waited for the Queen to finish her engagements outside, I asked Vincent,

"Brother, how old do you think this place is?"

"Who knows...? As far as I know, it was already here as far back as the great-great-grandparents' generation at the Korean base. So it's at least two hundred years old."

"Two hundred years...? They had the technology to dig tunnels like this back then?"

"Oh..."...
