Sitting beside Christine, the movie we watched together turned out to be more fun than I expected.

B-movies have virtues unique to B-movies.

People who don't understand them may find them impossible to understand for the rest of their lives, but those who find them fun are drawn in by the genre's distinctive sensibility.
