For Your Sake (1)

If you look up at the sky over Risk City, you can tell just how sick this city is.

Beneath pitch-black clouds sullied by all kinds of pollution, gray snowflakes silently drifted down.

It was the first snow of the year.

Personally, I wasn’t particularly fond of snow.

(That’s usually how it is if you serve in the military in Cheorwon.)

As I watched the filthy city, reeking of foul odors and exhaust fumes, slowly turn gray, the transparent mist escaping from my lips felt rather novel.

“Take that!!”

“Hey! Putting a rock inside it is cheating!”

“Bleh-bleh-bleh.”

Thanks to the children who had moved here with Rivera, quite a bit of liveliness had settled over the grocery store street...
