Chapter 37: A New Nickname

Just when I’d gotten a little used to the things I shared with Chris, a new challenge to get used to came along like homework.

Today, I was beating up an innocent bed.

I lay down on the bed I’d been pounding and kicked my feet in the air.

Aaaah...

Last night’s events came vividly back to me, and heat rose to my face.

'I’m sorry. You were so beautiful and cute, I couldn’t help myself.'

'I-I’m... okay. I think I’ll go to bed now.'

My conversation with Chris came back to me, and I could still feel the sensation on my lips.
