Floor 21: A Midsummer Night's Dream

Before leaving the cave, it was easy to predict that the area outside would be surrounded.

If I hadn't seen their mages, I might not have known, but from experience, I knew they'd erase their presence and use the Invisibility spell to conceal themselves.

That's why I plan to use that to my advantage.

I know perfectly well that I have no chance if I face them head-on. No matter how hard I grit my teeth, skill and talent can't overcome the impossible.

I return to reality.

I leap over the blade thrusting straight at me and rise into the air. Even a Swordmaster's thrust isn't impossible to dodge if you see it coming.

I'd recovered a little divine power by drinking all the breast milk I had left along the way.

'I have only one chance.'

As soon as his thrust misses, the mages begin unleashing the offensive spells they'd already prepared.
