“Then... if you execute those evil men who clearly defied God's will using a method that itself clearly defies God's will, how would the gods view that? Would they praise the destruction of evil first, or hate the act of blasphemy first?”

“Please answer me. Between good and evil, which do the gods value more?”

The dilemma Simeon posed.

It was both his complaint and his rebuke toward the gods.

‘Indeed, by that dilemma, either divine punishment is a problem or its absence is.’

If no divine punishment came for that act?

That would mean the gods prioritize good and evil.

But in that case, Simeon would ask again...
