The Holy Night Festival was a major event held in the Holy Kingdom on the same day every year.

If its primary purpose was to let everyone witness, through the rite offered by the gathered saintesses, that the Goddess’s blessing still rested upon everyone,

in addition,

it also served several other purposes.

Maintaining the holy swords eroded by the Demon Realm’s energy.

Establishing grand strategies for defending against the Demon Realm and sharing information between the front lines.

Officially succeeding retired Heroes and transferring ownership of their holy swords.

Events with all sorts of practical purposes were held alongside it.

So the plaza was packed with people.

Pilgrims kneeling before the Goddess’s statue and offering prayers were also overflowing into the plaza...
