After being hit by two more bullets following the initial attack, four more legs fell from the Black-Haired Spider’s body and rolled across the floor.

I would love to aim for the weak point on its head, but the outer shell there was a little too tough for that. I would need to hit the same spot three times in succession, at the very least, but the thing was far too mobile for that.

In that case, it was better to aim for its legs. One bullet could pierce about two legs at once, and even if I severed all its legs that way, the now-immobilized creature would have no way to attack me. I could finish it off later, after rejoining the others.

-Splash!

In the meantime, I had also shot out the Three-Eyed Eel’s second eye, leaving only one eye...
