I sprang up from the bed before I could stop myself.
My Gift evolved?!
Gifts grow as you gain experience as an adventurer.
You learn new Skills, or your Skills improve.
In fact—
Guy's Gift evolved from Swordsman to Intermediate Swordsman, then to Advanced Swordsman.
Misa's Gift evolved from Mage to Intermediate Mage, then to Advanced Mage.
El's Gift evolved from Healer to Intermediate Healer, then to Advanced Healer.
All three of them have evolved into B-rank Gifts.
They're now on the verge of reaching A-rank Gifts.
But in the five years since I received my Gift, the Magic Repository, it hadn't grown at all—not even a little.
Normally, a Gift grows enough for you to learn a Skill or two within the first year.
But the only Skill I could use was its initial one: 【Mana Transfer】.
So why had it suddenly evolved...?
"Congratulations!"
A carefree voice called out from behind me as I stood there, bewildered.
It was a high-pitched voice, like that of a young girl.
I turned around and saw a tiny girl small enough to fit in my palm.
She had long, straight silver hair and wore a pale pink celestial robe. Four rainbow-colored wings sprouted from her back, fluttering as she floated in the air.
"C-Could you be a Gift Fairy?!"
"Ding-ding! You got it!"
"Wow... So they really do exist..."
I'd heard that, in the case of rare Gifts like Unique Gifts, a Gift Fairy like the one before me might provide support.
This tiny girl looked exactly like the Gift Fairies I'd heard about in rumors.
However, only the Gift's holder could see a Gift Fairy, so no one else could confirm whether they really existed... or so it should have been.
And yet now, that mythical being was right in front of me—

The Gift Fairy, who'd introduced herself as MP, bowed her head politely.

I found myself bowing in return.
Seeing me do that, MP gave a soft giggle.
Between the embarrassment and her adorable appearance, my face turned red.

My mind still hadn't caught up with everything, but prompted by MP's breezy tone, I checked my Adventurer Tag again, the same one I'd looked at just moments ago.
