There had once been a conversation like that.

Right after we took the midterms and played Capture the Flag.

It was when Rin came looking for me to recruit me into Class A.

-It’s an offer I’m not particularly keen on. I’m more comfortable here.

-How about you come to Class E instead, Lady Glacia?

It had been a firm rejection.

More or less telling her I had no intention of going to Class A, so she should quietly leave.

At the same time, I had tossed it out half-jokingly.

-Really? Is that okay?

-Can I join Class E too...
