The Red Magic Tower seemed to be in the middle of something hectic; the atmosphere was extremely chaotic.

Several mages hurried about, hastily moving all sorts of things with magic.

It reminded me of the atmosphere in my unit on the day the division commander was supposed to visit during my military service.

“You didn't come after making a separate appointment, did you? The Tower Master is especially busy right now……”

Fortunately, despite being busy, the mage attending to us was reasonably courteous.

In fact, they hadn't simply brushed aside our request to meet the Tower Master after we had shown up out of the blue.

But that was exactly the problem. This mage had definitely transmitted Ein's image to the Tower Master through a crystal ball.

They had believed me when I said it was hard to explain in detail, but that the Tower Master would know the moment she saw Ein's face.

Could the Tower Master have changed recently? Maybe the material Eolphia had prepared hadn't been updated...
