After resting, we resumed our journey with the leader of the scouting team at the head.

We must have been more than 50 kilometers away from Dragonkin City by now.

The scouting team's ability was honestly impressive; they had come this far to scout the area and had already mapped out the terrain.

"Almost there, nyo."

Fifteen minutes after the leader said that, my nose caught the smell of something burnt.

It seemed to have rained, and the forest was filled with oppressive humidity and the clean scent of greenery.

The trees were thick with leaves here, and the sunlight, tinged faintly red, streamed down through them in dappled patterns.

"...An airship."

Where the trees ended—or rather, where they had been snapped and forcibly cleared—lay the exact same military airship I had seen in that other world.

The trees had probably been broken when the airship failed to make an emergency landing and came down hard...
