Tang Xiao patted his slightly dizzy head, accepted the Best Newcomer Award medal from the host, and stepped off the stage. The next presentation would begin in about half an hour.

But that had nothing to do with Tang Xiao. He had already received his rewards: a Best Newcomer certificate, 50,000 points, and promotion to full researcher. The black wristband on his wrist had also been replaced with a blue one.
