Tino's Cooking (1)

All right! Next up is lunch! I'm really looking forward to Tino's cooking. It had smelled amazing for a while, and I was already pretty hungry. I can't wait to eat.

"Then let's wrap things up here. Would it be all right if we had lunch now?"

"Certainly! I just need to put on the finishing touches, so please wait a little longer."

"Sure. I've been really looking forward to your cooking, Tino. Take your time and make sure it's just right."

"...Lord Leon, you're looking forward to my original cooking? Thank you so much! Please wait just a moment!"

Tino said that and headed into the kitchen with such energy that he looked ready to skip. He really did love cooking.

After Tino went to the kitchen, silence settled over the dining hall for a little while. I'd hired him on the spot without asking what everyone else thought. Would that be all right?

I turned toward everyone, wondering about it.

"I decided Tino would be our cook. Is that all right with you?"

"Of course. It's up to you to decide whom to hire, Lord Leon."...
