After I apologized desperately, Sherifie finally stopped.
"So how did you mess up?"
"It turns out there was a body in my world that fit that soul perfectly. And, as luck would have it, that human had just died, right as their soul left their body! The soul I brought from Japan was pulled into that body and went inside it..."
"Can a body and soul from different people really be a perfect match? Is that true?"
"It's true. I wouldn't lie to you!"
Actually, I intended to reincarnate the soul from Japan as my Apostle in the body of a royal child. And yet it ended up in the body of a poor commoner...!
"If I remember correctly, your world is being overrun by the Monster Forest, and you were reincarnating someone because you wanted to save humanity, right?"

"I modeled this world after Japan, a country in Sherifie's world, which I love so much. I worked really hard to give it similar plant life. There are some differences because it has magic, though... For example, I didn't create rice, since it was what caused the monster population to explode in the first world. But that's a minor detail, right?"
It was a shock when the child I reincarnated from Japan as an Apostle partway through said they preferred medieval Europe to a Japanese-style world, and this world ended up nothing like Japan... But I still liked it.
I made one mistake when I created this world. I finally realized what it was over three hundred years ago, though...

The hole kept growing, letting plants and animals into this world and creating the Monster Forest. There weren't supposed to be any monsters in this world...
If this continues, monsters will wipe out humanity just as they did in the first world. So I dropped a divine artifact and a book into this world so that someone could seal the hole. Don't you think I've been working hard?
But no one found the divine artifact or the book, and by the time they were found, the people who could read that language had been almost wiped out in a war, so it seems no one could read the book.
In the end, the Monster Forest keeps expanding. I had planned this reincarnation so that someone could seal the hole... And then I messed it up.
