The youngest of the Seven Sages, she is known as 〈Silent Witch〉. While undercover, she goes by Monica Norton.

Monica's familiar, a black cat.
Nero has recently learned to appear in a school uniform, but hasn't realized that it clashes with the apparent age of the form (mid-twenties).

The second prince of the Kingdom of Ridill. President of the Serendia Academy Student Council. His maternal grandfather is Duke Clockford.
He pretends not to be interested in magic, but is secretly a fan of 〈Silent Witch〉.
Cyril Ashley (18)
The adopted eldest son of House Hioone, a marquisal house. He wields ice magic and has sworn loyalty to Felix.
He has a secret sweet tooth and loves chocolate. His relationship with his sister is complicated.
Bridget Graham (18)
Daughter of the Marquis of Sheilbury. Student council secretary. A proud, brilliant young woman.
Felix's childhood friend.
Elliott Howard (18)
The eldest son of House Darsvie. Student council secretary. Cheerful and frivolous.
A young man fixated on social status. He is good at chess.
Neil Clay Maywood (17)
The eldest son of Baron Maywood. Student council general affairs officer. He is quiet and reserved, but calling him shorty is strictly forbidden.
He comes from a family of mediators. He believes in thoroughly investigating anything he does not understand.

A baron's daughter. Her father is a wealthy merchant, so she knows a lot about trends. Monica's classmate.
Her grades are average, but she is talented at many things.
Claudia Ashley (17)
Daughter of the Marquis of Hioone. Cyril's younger adoptive sister. Neil's fiancée.
She pretends to be mean because she finds it bothersome when others rely on her, but she's probably just naturally mean.
Glenn Dudley (17)
He transferred in at the same time as Monica. He is an apprentice mage with, apparently, a dangerous master.
His staple food is meat. He likes cool older women.
Casey Grove (17)
Daughter of Count Bright. A dependable big-sister type who looks after everyone.
She feels indebted to the Kingdom of Randall and is plotting Felix's assassination to thwart Duke Clockford's ambition to start a war with Randall.
Isabelle Norton (16)
Daughter of Count Kelbeck. Monica's collaborator, she is fully committed to playing the villainess.
She comes from a family that has continually faced dragons, so she has extraordinary nerve.
Agatha (19)
Isabelle's lady's maid. She and Isabelle are always having a grand time discussing romance novels.
A capable maid who notices every little detail. She is secretly skilled with a spear.

Lindsay Pale-sensei (26)
A ballroom dance instructor. She is currently looking for a wonderful boyfriend.
The third daughter of a viscount's family, she missed her chance to marry because her standards were a little too high.
McLegan-sensei (75)
A practical magic instructor. He calls people "chimi."
He used to teach at Minerva, a mage-training institution.
Boyd-sensei (45)
The teacher of the chess class. A huge, bald man.
He looks more suited to swinging weapons around on a battlefield, but he comes from a very distinguished family. His own family is a marquis house.

Felix's attendant. He can also take the form of a lizard.

Louis Miller (27)
A devoted husband and former delinquent, he is one of the Seven Sages, 〈Barrier Magician〉.
He is one of the country's foremost battle mages, but was soundly defeated by Monica in the magic battle held to select the Seven Sages.
Rosalie Miller (27)
Louis's wife. A military doctor. Currently pregnant.
She knows that she has terrible taste in men.
Rinsbellfeed (Age Unknown)
A high-ranking wind spirit under contract with Louis. A beautiful woman in a maid uniform.
Her latest obsessions are building Pythago○s Switch contraptions and developing stylish ways to land.
