During the train ride, I’d had a rather chilling incident when Teacher Jeong So-yul hit me with an undergraduate researcher offer I never could have imagined, but…….

In any case, an incident was just an incident.

Even if the problem hadn’t been solved, it wasn’t too late to worry about it after returning to the academy.

At least for now, it was best to focus on the main reason I’d come all the way to Seoul with Seo Ahyun.

I did my best not to think about that rather terrifying grad-school ending(?) or even bring it to mind, and let out a small exclamation.

Before I knew it, our short train ride had ended, and we’d arrived at Seo Ahyun’s family home by taxi.

She really was a young lady from a wealthy family. I’d known that already, but today I felt it all the more keenly.

As I looked around, I was genuinely amazed by the sheer size of the property. It was so spacious I could hardly believe this was still Seoul as I knew it.

Of course, it was on the outskirts, somewhat removed from the city center, even by Seoul’s standards……...
