Reward

At the lookout pirate’s shout, every eye on the deck turned toward one place.

I looked in that direction too.

But all I could see was the endless horizon.

The calm sea brought peace of mind.

“What’s supposed to be coming?”

At my question, the other pirates tilted their heads too.

They apparently hadn’t spotted anything either.

Maybe the lookout sailor had seen wrong.

But Teech, standing beside me, was different.
