Wasn't that already about five months ago? I thought I'd completely forgotten about it. Turns out they'd been locked in a legal battle the whole time, but apparently they didn't have money anyway, so they just used public defenders, kept things quiet, and were getting ready to go to prison.

The charges were a mix of various things, but because it was aggravated injury using an awakened ability, the sentence was heavier than I expected.
