There's a Reason the Captain Is the Captain

I felt amazing in the morning, only for my mood to crash completely again. Dean Han Baek-ryeong kept today’s speech short and wrapped up the end-of-term ceremony, but the problem was that all the Japanese students had finished their homestays, which meant Utaha-noona was leaving our house too.

As a result, the Japanese students returned the super-awesome doggy-poop translator they had received from me. They all gathered at the end to say goodbye and return it, thanking me profusely right up to the very end.

“Eve-chan! Thanks to the translator, we had such a comfortable stay! Thank you!”

“I was planning to study Korean really hard, but it helped so much!”

“Thanks for feeding and putting our president to bed!”

And finally, Utaha-noona finished packing all her things. She was staying in Korea for one more day because of her flight schedule, but apparently she already had a group hotel booking and was going there.

“Boohoo, Utaha-noona.”

“Eve, let’s definitely meet again someday. I’m sure we’ll have another chance to see each other.”

“Okay…. Let’s definitely meet again….”

“Yeah. We absolutely will.”...
