According to the investigation based on the last CCTV footage showing the tunnel and other evidence, fifteen people were currently trapped inside the tunnel.

They weren't all together, and with more than half of the 3.3-kilometer tunnel collapsed, a firefighter appearing on the broadcast was briefing that they were likely trapped in different places throughout it.
