The total number of songs I planned for this album was twelve.

That was a few more songs than on my first album.

There had originally been more, but after cutting as many as I could, this was what remained.

I had initially prepared nearly twenty songs.

Unfortunately, the songs I cut had no choice but to be buried on my hard drive.

I buried those songs, which were like my children, hoping that someday someone would recognize their value and bring them back to life.

In any case, the twelve songs that survived all belonged to different genres, but they had at least some continuity and points of connection.

In fact, deciding to feature artists on the album was something I only settled on after giving it a great deal of thought.

Featuring was a strategy used especially often in Korea's hip-hop scene, more so than in other scenes.

It was commonly used either for senior artists to support juniors or to make up for a lack of name recognition...
