My mornings are always the same.

As soon as I wake up, I start by giving myself one good, refreshing stretch, then move straight into a proper stretching routine.

After that, I bring the flame inside my body out and draw it back in over and over, properly waking my body up.

And after that, of course, came a shower and breakfast.

Today, though, something felt different.
