Park Jeong-ah's declaration that Guten was entering the OS market wasn't just empty talk.

After putting out an interview titled “Guten's Long-Term Plan,” she began hiring relevant experts. Park Jeong-ah explained this part as follows.

“Honestly, I don't think I'll go to prison, but it's still better to be careful.”

Park Jeong-ah didn't seem to have particularly high expectations for the OS business.

Well, that was only natural.

Guten had to reclaim the smartphone OS market share already occupied by Google and Apple.

But the market's response was hotter than expected thanks to the zero fees Park Jeong-ah mentioned when announcing Guten's entry into the OS business.

Compared to the past, when telecommunications companies gobbled up most of the profits even when developers made a good game, things were already far better. Still, when comparing a 30 percent fee to a zero percent fee, it was only natural for people to welcome the latter.

It was said that the person over at Apple flew into a rage, calling mobile game companies “traitorous bastards.”
